Rachel has 10 years of experience in group fitness coaching. She has taught BodyPump, Spin, Buns’n’Abs, HIIT, and for the last 4 years has coached CrossFit.
Rachel wants every woman to learn the strength of her body, mind, and character. She uses strength training and conditioning to help her clients build the healthy bodies they desire, combining this with a variety of workouts, so her clients never get bored.
Knowing that fitness is only 20% of the picture, Rachel teaches her clients what they can do during the other 23 hours of the day to keep their bodies and minds healthy. This ensures they can be the best versions of themselves.
Rachel believes exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Clients will feel accomplished and confident; and this will pour over into other parts of their life.
Rachel specialises in CrossFit style and group trainings. She will motivate, entertain, and encourage you to give your most; in turn you’ll be rewarded with confidence and strength.
