Dan, from London, England, joined the team here at Vogue Fitness in early 2020 after a stint coaching in Kuwait.
Dan has always had an active lifestyle and interest in sports and fitness, through playing rugby at school, strength and conditioning training and then taking up CrossFit 4 years ago. Dan loves to train and keep fit for both his physical and mental health. Some of his favourite movements involve anything with a dumbell or a sandbag and he can often be found in the gym walking around on his hands!
Dan began coaching functional training after falling in love with the community aspect of the methodology and being surrounded by positive like-minded people who want to work hard but have a lot of fun doing so.
Dan is passionate about helping people become better versions of themselves each and every day and seeing them become healthier, happier and fitter!
