Rachel is awesome. She keeps me interested and motivated by changing things up each time we work out. She’s tough without pushing me beyond my limits and has been able to structure my workouts around my schedule and a recent injury. Maybe the best part is that I simply don’t need to think. She’s always ready with a detailed plan and I can just get into it without trying to remember what I did last time, what I haven’t done in a while, etc. I’m feeling stronger than I have in years and am looking forward to keeping it going and reaching my goal.”
