The whole of CrossFit Yas absolutely smashed 18.2 and the atmosphere during the course of the day was absolutely incredible. PRs were flying out left, right and centre and we could not be more proud of you all. You all worked through the 12 minutes with awesome determination and drive, so a huge well done. Roll on next Sunday for 18.3 and our weekly Sunday Showdown!
CrossFit Yas is once again dominating the Africa and Middle East Leaderboard with Team Yas placing 1st again. Jamie Greene again claimed 1st place and is still holding 1st place whilst Jennifer Kokk is in 7th and Karin Baalbaki in 9th in the Female Division. In the Male Division, Army Eid is placed 4th and Antony Monks in 8th. We have three weeks to go but it’s certainly an incredibly strong start.
We have also seen so many members who are new to CrossFit, getting stuck straight in to the Open workouts and it’s truly fantastic to see. It just goes to show that you can join CrossFit at any age, any fitness level and have an enjoyable workout.
Special mention to all our wonderful Teens who participated and worked so hard during 18.2. You are all brilliant!
