Tanvi is a qualified Personal Trainer with a wide and varied background in health and fitness. She is certified in Olympic Weightlifting, Spinning and a RYT500 Yoga Instructor.
Coming from a background in Media Communications Tanvi was fascinated by the science of the human body and its power to transform. Her interest in fitness began when she saw the positive improvements that training had on her own life. She began to realise that she enjoyed helping people achieve their fitness goals which led to narrowing her career choice to Personal Training. She has since then focused passionately and mastered the four pillars of wellness ‘Mindset, Movement, Habits & Fuel.
Tanvi has 8+ years of experience in personal training working with clients of all fitness levels ranging from athletes to total beginners looking to move towards a less sedentary lifestyle and get active again. She puts health first and will ensure your session is the highlight of your week.
Her training style is fun and energetic. No one session is the same and it absolutely has to be enjoyable and challenging.
