Mitchell Anderson


    Growing up in South Africa Mitchell played just about every sport he could from rugby, football, cricket and swimming. He discovered strength and conditioning training from a young age and absolutely loved finding out his physical and mental capabilities.

    Mitchell was first introduced to CrossFit by a group of US Marines he was working with whilst serving in Afghanistan with the British Army. Upon completion of his service in Afghanistan he began coaching at CrossFit Grahamstown in South Africa and from there he took the plunge and opened up his own facility. After 4 years of gym ownership Mitchell decided to look for an environment where he could continue to grow as a coach and team player hence his arrival in 2021 at Vogue Fitness.
