Angela is a self confessed health & fitness enthusiast who lives by the mandate that one's health is their wealth.
Angela's purpose is to help people realise their own physical / mental potential and has always enjoyed helping people to the best of her knowledge. She feels it is mandatory for herself to stay up to date with the latest education and resources so that those she works with are continually advancing.
Angela's personal fitness journey started with life saving in her native South Africa and from there she migrated into CrossFit and functional training. Angela is adamant that functional training changed her life! An interesting fact about Angela is that she is actually a fully qualified interior designer so she truly is a woman of many talents.
Angela strives to be 1% better everyday and believes that constant growth is required to be the best version of herself.
