Survivor 18.2 Khlas
Survivor has become quiet the health and fitness program gaining a reputation for its long and tough workouts that are designed to push athletes to their physical and mental limits. Survivor 18.2 was no different and what a 4 weeks it has been!
Survivor is a one month fitness program where you receive cash back for the sessions you attend. The program kicks off with three tests:
Test 1 is a biometric test where we measure your key health indicators whilst Test 2 and 3 are purely fitness testes. Athletes are then pushed for 4 weeks executing a wide range of workouts from rope climbs, to tyre flips to sandbag runs. you name it and Survivor pretty much does it!
100% of the survivor 18.2 participants improved both their fitness and biometric tests and we were hugely impressed with the efforts ver the last 4 weeks.
Now we brave the summer and wait for the cooler months before we take on 18.3
