When you start Crossfit you may begin to hear “what’s your Fran time?” …. a lot. You may not even know who or what Fran is, well. Fran is a workout that consists of barbell thrusters and pull ups. Typically, the form of 21-15-9 reps of each movement.
How do you complete a Fran?
Perform 21 thrusters followed by 21 pull-ups, 15 thrusters followed by 15 pull-ups, and 9 thrusters followed by 9 pull-ups. As fast as humanly possible.
Typically described as the 100m of CrossFit this workout is a great way to test your fitness levels.
