1. Master the Clean
To begin the thruster, you must perform a proper clean to get the bar into the front rack position.
2. The Front Squat
The front squat is pivotal in this movement, make sure your feet are a shoulders width apart and toes pointed out. Make sure your hips reach parallel.
Explode from the squat and push the bar overhead making sure you push your head through. Make sure you press the bar straight up.
4. The re-rack
Without pausing at the top, return back to the rack position and repeat the whole movement.
