1. Set a goal for the day
Start by working out how much you consume now, and how much you should consume. We suggest you aim for 9 glasses a day.
2. Purchase a water bottle you can keep and re-use.
Keeping a re-usable water bottle ensures you always have one close. Make a habit of re-filling it throughout the day when its empty.
3. Track your drinking with an app
There are multiple apps to download which can help you track your water consumption. Our favourite is my water balance.
4. Infuse your water with fruits and vegetables.
Add your favourite to flavour such as; lemon, strawberries, lavender or cucumber.
5. Implement drinking times into you daily schedule.
Set timers and reminders to reminding you to drink a glass of water.
6. Use a straw.
You will drink more and drink faster.
7. Hydrate using water based foods.
Eat fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, celery and cucumber.
