10 CrossFit Exercises You Can Perform Anywhere

These CrossFit workouts are great for anyone who is travelling or can’t make it to the best CrossFit facility in Abu Dhabi. All these workouts are no equipment necessary, apart from a pull up bar (easily improvised) and a simple skipping rope. So, whether you’re on the road, at the park or even in the gym; give these workouts a go

  • 100 Burpees
  • Run for 1km, followed by 50 push-ups x 3 times.
  • Run 100 meters as quickly as you can, rest for 1 minute x 10 times.
  • 10 press ups, 10 squats, 10 sit ups x 5 times
  • Do a series of 50 double-under’s, followed by 75 squats x 3 rounds.
  • Run 5k as fast as you can.
  • Do 5 pull-ups, followed by 10 push-ups then 15 squats x 20 rounds.
  • 12 Burpee’s, followed by 12 pull-ups x 5 rounds.
  • 50 Burpee pull-ups.
  • 10,9,8,7….3,2,1 Burpees, sit ups and pull ups
